Owl With Death Mask Hoodie
On a late night in September, I was in a deep state of meditation. As I was nearing the hypnagogic state (a place between dreaming and waking) I started to see little bursts of imagery. At that time this ‘owl with a mask of death’ appeared spontaneously. Just staring at me.
I made a point to remember it because it made no sense to me and I hadn’t seen such a symbol anywhere before.
I’m still not sure what it means (perhaps the owl has full wisdom because it has knowledge of death?). Either way… it looks pretty badass on a black hoodie. Just sayin’.
